The London Tavern Hotel is a delicious old school Australian pub located in Richmond. The London Tavern Hotel has a very nice atmosphere especially for being “hidden” from the main crowds of Richmond. The food at the London Tavern Hotel is delicious and I would recommend to anyone who wants a delicious Parma at an old school style authentic Australian pub.
Headed here on the weekend. Nice inner suburb location, and place to be if you are a Richmond fan! Nice dinning room and beer garden. Service from staff was great. Food was horrible. Probably one of the worst parmi's I have had. Chicken was tough, almost like it was battered and covered with Kraft cheese and a little sauce. Shared dips were 'ok' but as with many places, came with about half of the pita bread it should have.
We popped in for a quick meal & were very pleasantly surprised.

Great and welcoming venue. Friendly and helpful staff. Food is great value and there is a very broad menu. Our group love the open air of the courtyard and the overall atmosphere. Strongly recommend!

I love the London, great wee garden, big screens and a wood fire. You can’t beat this pub just before a game at the G, the atmosphere is electric, you can’t move at the bar, it’s amazing. Food is great and the publican is a lovely guy.
A really really disappointing experience. Service when ordering meals was very poor, rude and abrupt. On top of that, the parmas were dry and just plain bad. Looking at recent reviews, most people agree.
When voicing our concerns to the bar manager, all we got was a "thanks for the feedback", with a nice dash of apathy. It's a shame the Parma couldn't get a dash of sauce. Not even a half hearted sorry for the experience. Will never return here, and advise others to choose from any other place nearby. Places won't be able to get away with charging exorbitant prices and delivering subpar food forever.
This was a great little pub, was a bit noisy to start with, but then atmosphere was chilled after the lunch game... I really liked it
Great pub with a good range of beers. Had a steak sanga which was good, but not great. Lacked a bit of flavour and seasoning. It's a much bigger space than it looks like from the outside and has a decent sized beer garden. Will be great in summer.
